Sidewalk Chalk Paint

If you are looking for a quick activity to do with the kiddos, try painting with chalk outside.  If you mix cornstarch, water, and food coloring, it makes a liquid form of sidewalk chalk.  I'm not really the measuring type, so just mix until you find a good consistency.  Then, paint!

  1. What fun! I miss the days when the grandkids decorated our driveway with sidewalk chalk art. The paint would have been even more fun.

  3. How fun! I don't like regular chalk because of how it makes my fingers feel, so this is GENIUS.

    1. I don't really like normal chalk either! It's always breaking and I scrape my knuckles on the ground.

  5. That's a fun idea! I always wanted to draw on the sidewalk far more often than I was actually allowed to.
